Signing cannot be delegated
Staff can build an order, attach a chart note, choose a preparation and put it in front of you. They cannot sign it, they cannot sign it "on your behalf", and there is no permission that would let them. For Schedule III preparations the signature happens inside the certified prescribing service under your own two-factor credentials, which nobody else has.
Two prescribers are registered at this site — you and Dr L. Okafor. That is what allows Schedule III prescribing here at all.
