How controlled prescriptions get signed, and what Fratera never touches.

How it works

Enrolled

Fratera does not build its own signing screen for controlled preparations and never will. Pressing sign opens the certified prescribing service, you complete your two-factor step there, and it transmits the prescription straight to The Queen Rx. Fratera records that it happened.

1. You review the order in Fratera Patient, preparation, strength, directions, refills, pharmacy.

2. You state how you saw the patient In person, or by video. Two buttons, no free text, recorded against the order.

3. Fratera hands you to the certified service You complete your two-factor step inside that service, under your own credentials.

4. The service transmits to the pharmacy Straight to The Queen Rx. Fratera records that it happened and when.

What Fratera never does

Never holds your signing credentials Not your token, not your PIN, not a copy of either.

Never signs on your behalf There is no automatic signing, no batch signing, no standing authority.

Never takes the patient's money The pharmacy bills the patient directly. Fratera does not see a card number.

Never publishes a compounding method No bases, no procedures, anywhere in this interface.
