- Pain preparations are priced by the number of active ingredients: three or fewer $65, four $75, five $85, six or more $95.
- Prices are what the patient pays The Queen Rx. Fratera does not take payment and does not add a fee. Self-pay only — no insurance is billed.
- Preparations marked CIII are Schedule III controlled substances. They are signed inside the certified prescribing service, not in Fratera, and carry a federal maximum of five refills within six months.
Why you will not find a recipe here
This list tells you what you can prescribe and what it costs your patient. It deliberately does not show bases, methods, or how anything is put together. That is the pharmacy’s work and it stays inside the pharmacy. If you need a strength or a combination that is not listed, ask the pharmacist and it will either appear here or it will not be offered.
