Why a saved formula is not just a bookmark. A saved formula is the one thing in this product that can repeat a mistake at scale — get a strength wrong once and it goes out to every patient after that, and it looks legitimate to the pharmacist because it looks like everything else. So each one is reviewed by the pharmacist-in-charge before first use, carries a version number, expires after 24 months, and is suspended automatically if any ingredient in it changes on the formulary.
